We finished our final drop at 11pm in Verwood, Dorset. Theres not been a week go bye when an out of town has been on time. Snow, floods road closures what a crazy few months. Continue reading ...

England - - - Were did it all go wrong???

I was very excited at the prospect of England at the euro's. I thought with a English manager who in my opinion had an excellent international and domestic pedigree and with the players once again smiling we could make a statement. Drawing Italy in the quarters I really fancied us.... To get stuffed bye Germany in the semi's. But once again the penalties beat us! Or did they?? Well in fact we did lose to penalties, but what about the opening 20 minutes? Did i not witness England roam all over... Continue reading ...

So Mr Cameron, still smarting from your posh dinner visits in exchange for votes, you now decide to truly nail your colors to the mast, all those born with a silver spoon youngsters living with mummy and working will get a nice new paid for council house. Whilst at the same time all those young people under 25 on benefits will be forced home or made homeless. That's right, single mums, children and young people fleeing violence and abuse at home and all the other under 25's who happen to clai... Continue reading ...

Hello readers. Apologies again for not updating this in the past week but its a case were do I find the time. This past few weeks have seen the launch of 2 new depots at Bridlington and York. We had such good feedback from our customers in Hull that the need for a competitive and reliable removal service in these areas just had to be met. The Scotlander part 2 went as planned, we arrived on time and was settled in our 4* hotel bye 10pm. Then onto the stunning Angus coastline to unload the Taylor family. Good luck in your new jobs. Did our first 5 bed roomer, took 10 hours and 2 trips, massively under quoted but a lovely family. Just a pity the ghost never said hello to me, ... Continue reading ...

Sorry if my many followers have been eagerly awaiting my tales, we have been so snowed under with work at Removals Hull that I just have not had the time to update this blog. A lot has happened since 5/3. The 2 vans have covers almost 3000 miles since then. Our hectic run goes on. Myself (Sam) and the other Hull Removals team did not get home till 215am yesterday. Then it was up at 8am for me to take my mum for her monthly chemo. The docs seem more then happy with her progress, so bonus. A 3bed House Removal in Hull followed which we finished at 9 tonight. It's a rest day for me tomorrow but Big Blue is off to Southampton with Asbo Allan at the wheel. The Removals Hull team are then doing multi drop courier work and sending a Man With a Van to N... A glorious few days for the Removal Man Hull team, but no rest in our frantic workload, not that we are complaining. The lads were out in force spreading the word in Hampshire and Wiltshire this weekend. They had a seemingly easy 2 flat removals on Sunday and were planning to hit Bournemouth beach come 6pm. However the first customer had ordered a Man With a Van and needed 2 Luton s. We were still unloading at 6pm and the Hull Removals Team didn't get to their hotel till 10pm. Thanks Chris. T... The Removals In Hull team wonder what is happening to this country?? What a ridiculous budget bye the 1 in charge, Hull Removals won't boost his Google ranking bye using his name. Still no relief for the battered motorist! The country is dying, Hull has just sadly lost a long and established firm in Lunn's. More hauliers and courier firms will soon go under, as they is only so much we can all pay for fuel, and that includes private motorists to. At least they put 30p on a packet of cigarettes... Thanks to the wonder of old Ford's and chip fat Hull Removals saved a pretty penny in diesel costs the last few days. If anyone has an older diesel car or van just try putting 3l of veg oil in and see if your car runs on it, then head over to makro were 20l of oil is £18.75, less then a pound a liter. Little white spent the morning at Tyre men in Hull having her tracking done. 4 new tires on order for her. The other Removals Hull team were out in force doing a cheap removal in Brough today. ... As a caring company we offer customers budget moves were they do the loading and we just provide van and driver. I did my first one today. It was the easiest £60 I've ever earned. But i did feel a bit lazy to be honest. On brighter notes little White is back on the road, sporting a shiny new rear silencer and brakes that could stop a train. Even better news is that with the weather slowly turning warmer its veg oil time again. £1 a liter from makro, that's just £3.54 a gallon, love it!!!! ... Continue reading ...

Quiet day for the Hull Removals team. Our regular Man with a Van Hull run has been called off due to the weather. The lads usually go biking every Sunday. The crippling rise in fuel prices is yet again hitting hauliers hard. A long established local firm, A R Lunn are under threat now. If this 6p fuel duty rise goes ahead many companies will fold as profit margins are squeezed even more. Our 4* hotel with Scottish breakfast turned into a 3 hour nap in little white (the little white transit in my profile and website).
